Here's the Whole Stroy

First we wanted to incorporate the revolutionary software, Tropo, in our project to be eligible for the Cisco award.
We originally tried to create a call to reminder mobile app that would call or text the user the recorded reminder. 
Unfortunately we ran into problems with Tropo's multiple call functionality, causing us to scrap this idea.
So after a second brainstorming session we came up with Strato.
Strato is a program creted through Tropo's application scripting, which allows the user to text a message to the Tropo phone 
    number and have it send the message to the specified group or user in Cisco Spark.
Cisco Spark's one flaw is that it requires internet connectivity, so to fix this problem we integrated both programs together.
In the end throughout all of the challenges with Tropo's service, we were still able to finish and submit our final program.
