Inspiration

Add on to student activity and involvement so that they are more connected to a larger community overall and not just the university

What it does

Connects users to events/activity that are happening within the local area.

How we built it

Used Cursor to build a general outline and then implemented features within the outline; then added google gemini and eleven lab for summarization and voice over abilities.

Challenges we ran into

RSS reader limitations. Bug within the frontend. Github version control.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to combine Google Gemini and eleven labs together to generate text and read off of it.

What we learned

Our capabilities were greatly expanded within the 24 hour time span building this project.

What's next for Stillwater Pulse

We want to make it scabble in the future. We want to add site-to-site embedding in the future. Make it able to be personalize to a specific user and implement a more interactive search option for users.
