Inspiration

We noticed that only 2% of the UBC clubs offer consulting services.

What it does

Provide free consulting services for UBC clubs. So we have a brief video of our club's climate and key consultants at the home page. And we will provide AI matching for each registered new appointment, by filtering each demand into different databases and comparing the matching degree. We will also provide a convenient account page. We have three accesses to contact the consultant and a process pie graph tracking the appointment process. After each process ends, the file relevant to that process will be available and the user can download it. We also provide online business courses and other niche services. Besides, a free simple version of the financial analysis section allows club executives to analyze small events’ financial performances or short-term performances.

How we built it

Using Figma and using Python(Call the Excel, find the path to read the Excel, and read the variants)

Challenges we ran into

It is communicating with the team members and finding a time to meet. Also, it's hard for me to build a perfect and practical website and provide comprehensive services with only a year of experience.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud of myself for self-learning how to use Figma to build the website portfolio and for applying CS Python skills to read the Excel file and give simple quantified and qualified data analysis.

What we learned

I learned a lot, from dealing with different team members, how to communicate with them and how to pitch my ideas. Also, this is a really great opportunity to learn something new by myself and expand my knowledge during this period.

What's next for SSYNQ

I bet they are trying to improve the AI matching system and putting it into practice.
