Inspiration
Inspired by ".io" games like paper.io or slither.io and others, as well as street fighter / smash brothers. Our team also wanted to apply our design skills to create a multiplayer online game for the first time!
What it does
The server handles connections with numerous players, allowing many people to compete in the game to see who can squash the most enemies!
How I built it
We build this with careful planning, phaser, socket.io, and javascript. We also used a bass guitar for the original soundtrack.
Challenges I ran into
Interfacing multiple clients with the server.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Design work for the game was well executed and allowed us to easily implement our design.
