Inspiration
Sports at the local level are often disorganized. Players struggle to find teammates, book grounds, or join tournaments. Community talent remains hidden, and there’s no structured way to track performance. We wanted to create a platform that helps connect sports enthusiasts, local teams, and organizers — just like LinkedIn connects professionals. That’s how SportConnect was born.
What it does
SportConnect is a community-driven platform that enables: 🧍 Player & Team Profiles with stats and badges 📅 Ground booking and event discovery via maps 🏆 Tournament creation, registration, and live fixtures 📊 Player Skill Assessment using AI 📍 Nearby ground/tournament suggestions using Maps API 🧠 Smart recommendations for matches, teams, and opponents Plan on Adding Training Modules for each Sport also
