The inspiration for Smart ITSM stemmed from the need to enhance traditional IT Service Management by integrating AI-driven solutions. Recognizing the limitations of existing platforms, we aimed to create a more intuitive and efficient system using chatbot.

What it does

Smart ITSM utilizes an intelligent chatbot to streamline IT asset tracking, incident management, and change management. This approach simplifies processes, reduces manual effort, and accelerates response times.

How we built it

We developed the platform using a combination of modern web technologies and AI frameworks. The chatbot was trained to understand and process ITIL-based workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT processes.

Challenges we ran into
