SmartCrow

Inspiration

We want to do our part with global adoption of web3 and bring quality Chainlink tools into the world. SmartCrow is built to be simple and straightforward, making it easy for non-tech users to adopt.

What it does

It is a digital escrow. The UI allows you to create a smart contract on a U.S. residential home. The contract executes when this home is sold to a new owner. Conceptually, SmartCrow works exactly like a traditional escrow service, in which funds are transferred on the sale of a house to a new owner. SmartCrow wasn't designed to replace traditional escrow service, instead it is a new tech to enhance this process by mitigating some of the inefficiencies. SmartCrow uses web3 tech to empower individuals with their own personal, digital escrow service for the U.S. real estate market.

Smart contract security. Learned how to utilize Chainlink Functions affectively.

What's next for SmartCrow

Our early market research indicates that real estate professionals and home buyers/sellers easily understand the concept and service SmartCrow offers. However, mass adoption still requires bridging the knowledge gap around web3 and Chainlink technology. To address this, SmartCrow is crafting an innovative sales and marketing campaign aimed at accelerating adoption. This campaign will target real estate professionals, offering financial incentives to integrate SmartCrow into their daily real estate transactions.
