The PMS system integrates with Atlassian JIRA tool using Rest APIs to access real-time projects details using Appian connected system , Integration Objects and Web APIs. There is two way communication between Appian and Jira system. Appian Integration Object has been used to read project , issue and user details from Jira. Web APIs are being in application for posting new Epics , Stories , Bugs , Sub-tasks added form Appian into Jira system. Appian's latest UI features has been used for creating impactfull dashboards and reports.
