Inspiration
When I was little, I went grocery shopping with my dad on the weekends. Every time, I would grab some chips or candy. I realize now I was foolish.
What it does
Tracks your groceries and stops you from impulse buying.
How we built it
We built a database in MySQL to store user information and shopping management. We created the front end using HTML and CSS. We trained a SGDClassifier to help predict impulsive purchases. We linked the ML model and Nutrionix API to the website. Badda boom badda bing. After that, it was just bug fixes and trying to deploy on Azure.
Challenges we ran into
A lot of bugs in SQL, Azure is a pain.

We figured out how to make a ML model and deploy everything.
