Inspiration
Despite the recent growth of expertise and technologies in medical sciences, their is still lack of specialized doctors and radiologists who are expert in diagnosis of particular critical diseases especially in rural areas.
What it does
We propose to implement a deep-learning framework that will predict the severity of several disease which includes alzheimer's, pneumonia, skin cancer, diabetic retinopathy and breast cancer.
How we built it
We used Pytorch as our stack and took public datasets from kaggle for all the diseases and trained our models on the data
Challenges we ran into
Some datasets were biasedtowards a particular class so we used different optimization techniques so that more weightage to the unbiased class
What's next for Smart Clinic
We propose to add more diseases prediction models along with improving the frontend of the website.
