its a simple and efective bot, it actually works in messenger chat but it can work in any other devices, web pages and movile apps; it works using the web service API.AI and machine learning, what makes it smarter and easy to use.

it use buttons in the messenger chat so avery user can use it and understand it fast, even if he doesnt know about technology.

the impact of this proyect to the company is going to be positive because it will reduce the profduction of tickets when they get a call, and it will rsolve the most of the common problems automatically.
