Inspiration

For the most secure process for the creators to have their content, we choose Solana so to help them with what they deserve and make a platform easy and user-friendly so that we can support creators who has some content for which they can get paid.

What it does

Our Project gives builders, creators, and simply people who want to connect with their fans to create a profile to add their pay-based content in their profile section with a sol pay account and the ones who would like to donate would simply do without creating their account contribute to the creator. This makes transactions easy and effective.

How we built it

We build it using an emerging technology that is Blockchain, for that we choose Solana as we have considered it most beneficial in all developer and management aspects. We build the front with React-Typescript so that we can work with components and can optimize our coding process.

Challenges we ran into

We faced some challenges while integrating the backend with the frontend and setting up wallets for testing and some hard and serious problems with smart contracts, thanks to the mentors who helped us on the way and so here is our project ready with no bugs.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are all proud of our team members for collaborating effectively and making the process fun with a lot of learning, we touched upon the most interesting and challenging technologies, and we tried to learn basic concepts, integration, and using them in our project. It was indeed an amazing learning experience.

What we learned

We learned how Solana works, how we can successfully integrate it and we learned about the project we are going to work on, smart contracts, Solana pay, and most importantly the integration to make the transactions easy and secure.

What's next for Sol-Patreon

We are thinking up of having more large transactions with 100% security and more amazing features and levels on profile for users to have on their specific profile. We are planning to have a recurring payments option for the stable and effective creator profile.
