SheVenture

Inspiration

We were inspired by seeing women the power of women sharing their unique adventures and empowering other women to follow in their footsteps. Every time a woman steps out of her comfort zone, she deserves to be motivated in a safe space...that is what SheVenture is for.

What it does

SheVenture features a Posts tab, Challenges tab, and Energize tab. These features work together to make women feel encouraged every time they use the app. Women can share their adventures through posts, be inspired through the energize tab, and make progress on adventures through daily challenges!

How we built it

We built this using Figma to prototype the app's look and feel. Through Figma, we added navigation to demo how the app would work.

Challenges we ran into

We attempted to code SheVenture in React but this was more difficult than we initially thought.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud of a clean UI/UX design with a fully-featured prototype! We transformed SheVenture from an idea to a reality.

What we learned

We learned a lot about designing and prototyping in Figma through this experience. We also learned teamwork and presentation skills.

What's next for SheVenture

We hope to get our app successfully coded in reactJS. We would also like to use sentiment analysis to filter posts and create an analytics dashboard for other organizations to learn about what women care about.
