Challenges we ran into

1st time using NextJS for everyone in the group, couldn't use ChatGPT API so used an Opensource Lamma70B API easier to set up

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Only 2 in the group knew each before last week so we are proud of our teamwork and bonded over the competition.

What we learned

Got better at version control in a dynamic environment with 5 people working on the project simultaneously

What's next for Settle.AI

Adding maps to location and fetching realtime data for houses
