Session

Inspiration This project was born at the edge of a personal breakup. At that time, the emotions were so strong that the images and feelings demanded to be expressed. I wanted to capture and transform them into an artistic form, and artificial intelligence became the perfect tool for that. What started as a short therapy session turned into a deeply personal exploration of my inner state through visual storytelling.

What it does The project is a short video session with a psychotherapist, where the main character, Dave, shares memories of his relationship with his girlfriend. The narrative is built around an intimate dialogue that comes to life through AI-generated imagery.

How we built it I combined several cutting-edge tools to bring this story to life:

Google Image 4 — for generating the main visual concepts.

Runway — to build consistent sequences and narrative flow.

Google Veo 3 — for creating animation and dynamic scenes.

Sync and Eleven Labs — for sound synchronization, effects, and voiceover.

Challenges we ran into The biggest challenge was capturing the right emotional depth. I wanted the main character to feel authentic and emotionally alive. At times, the results were different from what I envisioned, and I had to find a balance between technical limitations and the emotional truth of the story.

Accomplishments that we're proud of Despite the challenges, I managed to tell the story exactly the way I felt it. I am proud that I was able to transform my personal experience into a piece of art and show how artificial intelligence can become a medium for deeply personal expression.

What we learned I explored Veo 3 in depth and realized how unique this tool truly is. The process revealed the limitless creative possibilities of generative video and showed me how much more I can learn and refine my craft.

What's next for Session I want my work to be seen by as many people around the world as possible. I plan to submit it to festivals and continue exploring new ways to merge personal storytelling with AI technology. This project became a starting point for much bigger ideas ahead.
