Inspiration: my teammates started fighting about GitHub, hence, we had the idea to create an app that repurposes speech and debate for an educational purpose.

What it does: allows you to enter an argument, and uses ai agents to create a counter argument in an avatar-like format. Let's the user learn about current events.

How we built it:

RAG for gemini + eleven labs for speech to text + MongoDB for database For backend we used FastAPI with Axios for communication management.

Challenges we ran into:

Time, not having a frontend dev on our team, struggling to integrate backend with frontend We also had trouble with version control.

Accomplishments that we're proud of: figuring out frontend on short time

What we learned: mongodb, GitHub, api integration, Claude, cursor

What's next for Served: another hackathon! we had a lot of fun at this one
