Inspiration
Gun violence in the United States of America is too severe.
What it does
It evaluates a person based on a variety of factors, such as mental health and past criminal actions, and determines whether or not that specific person is eligible for purchasing a gun.
How we built it
We used sublime and based it in html, but we also incorporated script to make sure functions and other things would work out.
Challenges we ran into
We had to make a login for our website which was one of the biggest problems. Learning how to do script within our html based document was really difficult to do.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The structure of our website is something that we're really proud of.
What we learned
Better understanding of HTML and how to run different computer software languages.
What's next for Security for All
Hopefully this could be used to other life changing decisions such as purchasing a home or providing access to medical records to hospitals. Since this is such a big database, we think that there are other things that could work out really well with more security and improvements.
