Inspiration

We were inspired by the idea we had while brainstorming for the concepts for this hackathon. We thought that coming up with secure passwords for every signing up you do and having to write all of them down can be a pain. So, we eventually reached the idea of password vault.

What it does

Password vault is a code that creates randomized secure passwords using numbers, capital and lower case letters and special characters that any length you'd like as long as it is over 6 characters.

How we built it

We built it using python language on a website, repl.it.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into challenges such as only one of us being highly proficient at python, deciding whether we should make a website or a plain code and that we lost a lot of time due to time difference misunderstandings.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud that we were able to finish this project in time for this hackathon despite all the challenges we faced. We also were able to most of our goals we had in mind when this code was brainstormed.

What we learned

We learned lots about formatting codes and the difference between them. We also learned lots of general knowledge about python and coding a code and websites.

What's next for Password Vault

Next step for Password vault would be to turn it into an actual website with visuals and better formatting.
