Inspiration

The unity/togetherness theme was what we based on. Covid caused a lot of single use plastics through masks, and hand sanitizer bottles. We wanted to bring awareness in a fun and rewarding game for people through new tech like NFT and Hedera

What it does

A daily 2d endless runner is played and the winner at the end of the day receives an NFT through Hedera

How we built it

We built it using unity for game design, and hedera for wallet, while also using a landing page

Challenges we ran into

We had a lot of challenges with bugs being first time users of both unity and hedera

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of using our first time tech and making our thoughts into a reality

What we learned

We learned to use tech that we've never touched and didn't have to drop a single idea

What's next for Feisty Ferrets

We're going to use the ideas that we've built to propel our careers as individuals

I designed the game in unity

Ken Tu
I worked on using the Hedera API. I created the code which allow use to generate, associate, mint, and transfer our NFTs. We will use this code in order to generate all of our NFTs and transfer them to the winner of our game. Learning how to interact with the API in such a short amount of time was challenging yet fulfilling. It was exciting being being able to see that the code was able to generate the NFT and transfer it.

I created the landing page using html5 and css3

I worked on the NFT creation process that used pixle art programs and the Hedera API. I also jumped around on the Web dev side (HTML,CSS, JS) helping where it was needed.
