What it does

It is a shopping simulator where you take the role of an individual who was recently diagnosed with schizophrenia. Throughout the weeks, the number of symptoms increases, although some are dramatized a little.

How we built it

We built the game using Godot and Aseprite as well as a free 3d model of a convenience store to put it all together.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into several challenges such as timers for events not working how we intended, 3D modeling taking too long and having to switch to a 2D art style in a 3D world just to name a few.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of the fact that despite the incomplete state, the core loop of shopping and going through the weeks is present and working as intended. We are also quite happy with the art that we came up with to replace the 3D models.

What we learned

We learned a number of things, mainly in regards to time management as when we noticed things were not working, we should have spent less time trying to figure it out and instead find a simple alternative we could do instead.
