Inspiration

We wanted to educate the public about environmental threats to marine life in an entertaining way.

What it does

Navigate challenges from fishing to sharks to oil spills as you navigate the life of a salmon through text-based games.

With very limited development skills, we kept it small, and pivoted away from our less achievable ideas.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

With a team of first-time hackers, we're happy to have gotten a project completed.

What we learned

The hackathon provided a great low-key introduction to development in teams, a skill we're sure to need in the future.
