Inspiration
We wanted to create a way to educate the people of Charlotte about some of the most dangerous conditions affecting their city.
What it does
Our website educates citizens on the symptoms to look out for and some of the dangers of several of the afflictions currently affecting our city.
How we built it
We used JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. We used git for version control and to work on our code simultaneously.
Challenges we ran into
We had some trouble getting the specific data that we needed. We planned on using Google API for maps and ran out of time while debugging.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of the layout and design of the page header and buttons.
What we learned
We are proud of how well we learned version control as a team. We learned how to integrate JavaScript into our HTML. We learned how to reactively size headers on our page.
What's next for RuntimeTerror
We would like to continue to work on our website by fully incorporating the Google maps API and data.
