Inspiration

Google Calendar-type applications

What it does

Simplifies co-living for roommates with a to-do list and calendar. Every roommate gets their own to-do list and calendar which other other roommates can add to.

How we built it

Looked up popular tech stack and learned how to use it.

Challenges we ran into

Learning react, node, firebase, fullcalendar working with technologies we aren't experienced with. Trying to work with tailwind and then just not ending up really using it. Many errors when trying to first use firestore to store users(roommates) and their todo list. Also making compromises for what we can get done in the short timeframe such as having multiple "houses" (the entire database is just one house at the moment) and actually getting calendar tasks and recurring tasks working.
