The inspiration for RenewLifeGuard stemmed from a shared commitment to addressing critical health issues affecting two distinct demographics: youth struggling with addiction and pregnant women in need of emergency assistance. The team recognized the power of technology to make a meaningful impact on these lives, fostering recovery and safeguarding maternal health.

What it does

RenewLifeGuard is a dual-purpose app designed to support youth recovery from addiction through personalized content, tracking features, and community support in RenewYou. Simultaneously, WombGuard ensures the safety of pregnant women by providing an emergency response system that connects them to nearby hospitals swiftly.

How we built it

The project began with extensive research into addiction recovery methodologies and emergency response systems. We collaborated with healthcare professionals, addiction specialists, and emergency services to gather insights. The development process involved creating user-friendly interfaces, integrating geolocation services, and establishing secure communication channels with hospitals.

RenewYou's content library was curated with input from addiction recovery experts, including video content, books, and interactive features for daily tracking and goal setting. WombGuard implemented a robust emergency response system, incorporating real-time tracking, customizable emergency messages, and seamless integration with healthcare providers.

Challenges we ran into
