Inspiration / Problem statement

Many people struggle to stay organized and productive, juggling tasks across devices, apps, and routines. They need a simple, unified solution to manage daily tasks, long-term goals, and recurring responsibilities without losing track or wasting time.

Solution overview

Remmi addresses this by combining task management, reminders, and planning into one seamless app. Users can create tasks, set priorities, add descriptions, split work into sub-tasks, manage task categories, and schedule reminders - all synced in real time across web, iOS, and Android. For quick thoughts or important information that isn’t ready to become a task yet, we includes Notes, allowing users to save ideas instantly without forcing them into a structured plan.

Advanced recurring rules make it easy to automate routines and long-term habits, whether it’s repeating daily, on specific weekdays, monthly, or using custom intervals. The built-in calendar view gives a clear overview of planned work, helping users instantly understand their schedule for the day or week. Notifications are interactive, enabling quick dismissal or snooze directly from the lock screen without opening the app, which makes daily productivity feel effortless and fast.

A unique part of Remmi is the Inbox - a special category designed for automation (we inspired by GTD system). It allows integrations with AI assistants, external apps, or system events so tasks can be created automatically. In fact, Remmi is built in a way where even your refrigerator could theoretically send a reminder like “Buy milk” straight into your Inbox. This turns Remmi into more than a task list - it becomes a smart productivity hub connected to your digital life.

Monetization strategy

The app monetizes through a PRO subscription plan. The free tier offers up to 50 tasks and basic scheduling, while PRO unlocks unlimited tasks, unlimited categories, advanced scheduling, and priority support. Payments are handled through RevenueCat, making subscription activation fast and secure.

What's next for Remmi

If selected or continued post-hackathon, the roadmap includes releasing Remmi for Android and iOS, refining navigation, enhancing the calendar and recurring rules interface, improving automation via third-party integrations, and introducing family settings for tasks exchange. These improvements aim to make task management faster, smarter, and more adaptable to diverse user needs.
