Inspiration

The inspiration for the project was to help the community in a way that we saw fit.

What it does

The project uses a trained model to predict whether someone could possibly be at risk to be readmitted to a hospital because of current/prior condition.

How we built it

We built it using python libraries, React, and node.js to make a website that host and presents the machine learning model.

Challenges we ran into

Challenges we ran into was connecting the front and backend together to complete the project.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of completing the project as we had other assignments to due this Hackgt and it was definitely a grind the entire weekend.

What we learned

What we learned through this fun weekend is that nothing can replace late night coding with pals.

What's next for REMA

Rema definitely would be a great mobile app in the future so that people can always know if they are probable to be readmitted to a hospital.
