Polynomial Regression Model on metadata about the comment, the user who posted.
Next step, add user interface, so users can just submit a permalink to a comment, and we can scrape that page for all the relevant features.
EDIT: Managed to get a better regression model on some new features we were able to find. Will be posting a new residual and scatterplot soon.
