The gap between education and employment, coupled with limited internship opportunities and mentorship for youth aged 15-25, inspired ReadyUp. We aimed to create an engaging, AI-driven solution to empower young people in their career journeys.
What It Does
ReadyUp connects students with tailored internships, offers gamified skill-building, and provides virtual mentorship. Using AI and AR, it makes career preparation fun, structured, and accessible, bridging the education-to-workforce divide.
