To utilize Rapyd's virtual accounts API to accept payments in customer's local currency even though the business is based in different country.
What it does
- Uses Rapid's virtual accounts API to accepts payments from Singaporean customer.
How we built it
- Frontend is made using React
- Backend is made with express (node)
- For database I used Cloud Firestore (Firebase)
Challenges we ran into
- working with webhooks and ngrok
- Reflecting the changes made by simulating payments in the UI
- Creating a payments flow
