Project Story for QWANDLE 🚀

Inspiration ✨

Hey there! We're a team of students who've been enchanted by the spooky world of quantum physics. After a few mind-boggling classes on quantum circuits, we thought, "What if we could turn this complex subject into a game?" So we put on our coding hats and created QWANDLE because who says you can't learn quantum mechanics and have a blast at the same time?

What it does 🎮

QWANDLE is a puzzle game that introduces you to the world of quantum circuits! You'll be able to select the right quantum gates to answer the circuit puzzles and discover the joy of quantum computing.

How we built it 🛠️

We accomplished this armed with Python, a sprinkle of Pygame magic, and more coffee than is probably recommended.

Challenges we ran into 😵

Ever tried to fit the concept of superposition into a game without becoming confused? We did! From debugging code that behaved as if it was in a state of quantum flux to understanding and simplifying the concepts we wanted to transmit, this was a fun yet challenging project!
