What it does

Renders live market data to provide a snapshot of prices and ongoing trends when the market opens.

How we built it

We explored various options to simulate the actual data captured by the bank through live rendering of the information.

Challenges we ran into

We explored a lot of technical approaches to find the most realistic way to present the data capture and flow, and we struggled a lot with the limitations of accessible frameworks. We faced a major wall around 3 am

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The teamwork, the tenacity and that we didn't give up until the last minute.

What we learned

That sometimes quick solutions lead to harder problems later. We set the bar high and didn't plan our tech stack for long enough. In the end, we still present something we are proud of.

What's next for Python Bloatware Server

PBS will live a short life, it has known happiness for long enough, but it sucks the RAM out of your computer, so it's better to let it go for a faster framework.
