Inspiration
This project is a submission for PYJAC 2022 by Melody Cheng, Caleb Smith and Ruyi Xu.
What it does
The website simulates a realistic wavefront of a coindrop.
How we built it
We built it with CSS, HTML5 and Javascript.
Challenges we ran into
The main challenge occurred when we tried to relate the opacity to the energy of the wave
Accomplishments that we're proud of
One particular part we are proud of is the random element we added to simulate energy lost to air resistance
What we learned
The application of coding logic from python to javascript, and also integrating website design created by using HTML and CSS with interactive elements like the drawing of object on the canvas initiated by the click of the user.
