Inspiration

I work in content industry which is going through lot of changes. I do lot of research on multiple topic related to content strategy and modeling. It's a vast field with lot of manual, checklist based task. Automating them is my one of the goal. Coda's abilities have inspired me to design my problem-solving framework in to the template

What it does

It gives you a framework to solve problem. Specially when there are multiple source of information and you have no clue about upcoming challenges.

How we built it

I have been involved in problem solving for 10+year and this framework keeps evolving with me.

Challenges we ran into

Challenge I run in to is summarizing the paragraph or generate bullets from the blob of text. It looks like a technical limitation but Coda provide table to work around.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

• AI feature like generate action item and summary from call transcript is amazing
• Ability to perform mathematical operations in document is also helpful in showing the impact on cost

What we learned

• AI can help me outline my Email announcement, generate listicles , bullet points and much more. I can super charge my daily day today work.
• Formatting tables like card or detail is really helpful as it gives an ability to the user to present information appropriately

What's next for Problem Solving Template

• Make it interactive for user to input information. Add media to make it more engaging
• Generate social contact list template, which then can be used as drop down while working on this template.
• Import multiple calls and generate action items
• Make reflection as separate template which then can get pre-loaded
• Ability to post linkedIn post and track them in so that all discussion can be managed at single place related to the research topic
