Preview Attachement

Inspiration

We have been working on the multiple custom apps, one of the functionality where multiple clients ask for this. So we thought of creating this app here where everyone can use it.

What it does

This app will list all the attachments of conversations of a specific ticket, where the agents can preview the image attachments within the modal and they can download it.

How we built it

we used Fdk platform to build the app uses.

Challenges we ran into

We didn't face any challenges as we have great platform to built.

We have multiple ideologies to bring here,where Agents download overall attachments and preview pdf and any other document.
