Extracting insights from customer conversations is tough. I just want to yap instead.

What it does

It forms transcriptions and then combines emotion recognition models and named entity recognition models at the correct timestamps.

How we built it

Amalgation of APIs for transcribing -> emotion detection + named entity detection -> merging with transcriptions at timestamps

Challenges we ran into

The best models are closed source and need to contact agencies to request access to them. Takes forever. We need to make our own for freedom's sake🏴‍☠️
