The political climate of 2020.
What it does
Our app is an iOS game that pulls Donald Judice Trump’s tweets, and his parody account. The object of the game is to guess if the tweet provided was an actual tweet by the president, or his parody account.
How WE built it
We used SwiftUI to build the Tinder inspired user interface, and HTML to build the tweet interface (to make it look extra real).
Challenges I ran into
SwiftUI might just be the worst thing I (Ian Applebaum) have ever had the misfortune to code in. Also Tommy had to switch from Javascript to Python for tweet retrieval because it was a premium firebase feature...
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Well we got the tweets in the app and the interface is pretty cool!
