Inspiration

Education being accessible to all is very important to the members of this group. We want to help people who are trying to reconnect with nature.

What it does

This program gives you information on over 10,100 trees to better educate yourself on them.

How we built it

For this project, we utilized React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and employed the Perennial Plant API Documentation. These tools allowed us to create a dynamic and user-friendly application.

Challenges we ran into

The members of this team were not very skilled with React.js as a framework so learning this framework was a task on its own.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to work collaboratively as a team to achieve this goal.

What we learned

We learned how to work together along with learning React.js as a JavaScript front-end framework.

What's next for PlantAmor

We want to continue building on the project by allowing people to make accounts.
