Planet Earth

We wanted to work on something to create awareness and wanted to try to put our creativity into it. This is why we decided to make a website using 3d effects.

It displays real time details regarding temperature, wind speed and other weather related data.

We have built the website in modules-

1. We have imported the 3d model of earth using model-viewer.
2. We used open-weather API to get the real time data of location searched.

We ran into multiple challenges during developments of "Planet Earth"

1. Importing the 3-d Model was a very huge challenge.
2. Linking charts.js was difficult.
3. Proper alignment was always a hassle.
4. Linking the parallax effect was fun but placing it in background was a difficult challenge.

We are proud that we successfully implemented the 3-d Model since till the very end we weren't able to deploy our model on GitHub page
