See pizza, get pizza. See a pizza you like? Scan it with your phone and ML will take care of the rest. Starting from what kind of pizza it is, all the way to the final order.

Inspiration

People take pictures of there food all the time. Might as well make it useful for once.

What it does

Identifies specific pizza types and makes them available for easy purchase on an iOS mobile device.

How I built it

Uses CoreML to identify and class images (pizza types). iOS interface was built using storyboards and Swift. IT TOOK +1,000 IMAGES TO TRAIN THE ML MODEL! Just to be accurate :)

Challenges I ran into

Dealing with custom views.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Finished the App and looks visually appealing!

What I learned

CoreML, Better use of Segues, Keyboard settings, and a bit more of AutoLayout.

What's next for Pizza "Pic" & Go

MORE PIZZAS. It just needs more types of pizzas to be trained with.
