Inspiration
The desire to code and the drive to learn more about web development.
What it does
Implementation wise, it retreives JSON information via a GET request. Vision wise it it would allow customers to book a pick-up time slot from their nearest store all the while working under the restrictions of limited space, limited employees and respecting social distancing.
How we built it
Using vanilla js, and some good ol' html and css.
Challenges we ran into
Learing how to uses apis and asyncronous programming
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We made a cool plan for the website and learned a lot about the challenges of frontend developpement.
What we learned
We learned about making api calls and retreiving JSON data as well as html, css and javascript.
What's next for PicknGo
Perhaps turn it into a browser extension that easily allows new eCommerce sites to access scheduling software management toools.
