Exercise is one of the most effective ways of treating multiple chronic conditions, but also as an evidence-based means to treat injury. However, for those recovering from an injury especially in a hospital setting their time spent with health professionals in supervised exercise setting is highly limited.

We are hoping to design an application that couples a patient-based interface to help increase compliance with exercise and increase the ease of exercise for patients in non-therapist supervised environments. This will be done through filming of the patient to model correct form of exercises, which they can refer to when completing.

The service will include a therapist interface that incorporates patient profiles of progress trends, compliance records and can help identify future areas of needed therapy as well as recovery predictors.
