Inspiration

The inspiration behind our product stems from a collective recognition of the critical need to expedite the delivery of life-saving therapies to patients. We observed the challenges within the clinical trial process, recognizing inefficiencies that hindered timely access to potentially life-saving treatments. Our aim was to address these hurdles by enhancing operational efficiency across all stages of clinical trials.

What it does

ProofPilot delivers two interdependent products called Site CoPilot and Patient CoPilot, allowing both site staff and patients to have a well-integrated, shared experience, much like Drivers and Passengers enjoy in a rideshare app.

Patient CoPilot is made up of three main modules which can be mixed and matched to meet the needs of each trial:

• Real-Time Guidance: a personalized, timed and sequenced delivery of tasks, content and technology to guide patients and sites on what, where, when and how to perform study related activities

• Knowledge Base: an on-demand resource to quickly get information about visits, education, or any aspect of conduct and participation. Features include intelligent search, multimedia hosting and 3rd party technology integrations.

• Chat: secure, HIPAA compliant communication between sites and patients

ProofPilot streamlines clinical trials by facilitating success from initial contact to consent to closeout. Our platform reduces recruitment time by 30%, decreases screening failures by 36.9% through effective pre-screening with EMR review, and enhances the referral to randomization ratio by over 350% by removing unnecessary steps like phone scheduling. During conduct, our platform helps increase protocol adherence by 87%, improve patient retention by 45% and decrease protocol deviation by 40%.
