Inspiration
Millennial preference is the characteristic of the generation. Finding recipes and shopping for groceries can be cumbersome to a person who has no time to plan.
Our Solution
Pantry Hunt is a Mobile Application that is meant to generate the most optimal grocery list and optimize the different groceries you can go to depending on distance or price/value.
How was it Built
The app is built in Android Studios that implements optimization algorithms and a clean simple User Interface.
Challenges
Some of the challenges ran into is the implementation and application of the optimization algorithm as we ran into a lot of compilation errors
Acccomplishments
Some of the accomplishments are that the app successfully compiled and the optimization algorithm works.
Next Steps
The next steps for Pantry Hunt are to continue hashing out the ideas, expanding the optimization algorithm and cleaning up some of the UI aspects.
