→ PM agent replies via memory OR creates a github issue if msg was a feature/bug req
→ Dev agent creates a PR on the issue
→ Review agent accepts or requests changes and dev updates the PR until accepted
→ PR is merged and Release agent creates a deployment
→ PM agent closes the issue and replies to the initial human message in the telegram
