It automatically tracks key dates, tasks, and obligations, ensuring you never miss an important action. With built-in reminders, users receive timely notifications of upcoming deadlines and what needs to be done. It also provides real-time assistance through a text-based bot or video call assistant, answering contract-related queries instantly. Contract templates are ready to use, and tasks are automatically scheduled into your calendar. Designed for simplicity and efficiency, it eliminates the chaos of managing multiple contracts, turning complex processes into smooth, organized, and stress-free experiences.

How we built it

We built this software using a powerful stack of technologies to deliver seamless functionality and a user-friendly experience. The backend is powered by Node.js, ensuring fast, scalable performance. React was chosen for the frontend, providing an interactive and responsive interface. For the video assistant, we integrated Heygen, offering real-time, AI-driven contract assistance through video calls. Machine learning and AI from Gemini and OpenAI power the bot and video assistant, enabling intelligent contract-related answers. We also incorporated DocuSign APIs for secure and efficient contract signing, while PDF libraries help with easy handling of contract documents. Together, these technologies ensure a smooth, automated process that streamlines contract management from start to finish.

Challenges we ran into

Building this software came with its share of challenges, but each one was an opportunity to innovate. One major hurdle was integrating multiple APIs, such as DocuSign, for secure contract signing while ensuring smooth data flow between the frontend and backend. Achieving real-time, responsive contract assistance through Heygen and AI was another challenge—making sure the video assistant understood user queries accurately and provided context-aware answers required fine-tuning of machine learning models. Handling complex contract documents with PDF libraries also posed challenges in terms of extracting key data and ensuring proper formatting. Balancing security, scalability, and usability while working with these various technologies tested our team’s technical expertise but ultimately led to a robust, seamless solution.
