Now a days due to increase in traffic, ambulance struggles a lot to reach destination on time. There is a life at risk, so managing traffic is necessary. To achieve this, full co-operation is required by commuters and traffic police.

Every ambulance will be fitted with GPS navigation system which will make it easier to track.

All the Traffic police at each signal will have a view of nearby ambulances, so they could keep the signal green.

The traffic police view will have a map showing the live movement of ambulance in a radius.

Same functionality can be applied to other vehicles as well, notifying them about ambulance on their route. So they could give way for the ambulance.

We used MapMyIndia Api , HTML5, JavaScript, C#, Azure Cloud

Simulation of Ambulance movement and getting live data was a challenge, but we used MapMyIndia API along with our PointOnLine Algorithm to mock and achieve this.

We are proud that our idea is in shape and can help in saving lives some day.

It is our first Hackathon. It was a great experience.
