My curiosity of share market has inspired me to comeup with this idea.

as we know that NFT's are in a pretty bad position in the web3 space right now , many people who have invested on them had to face a huge loss (even Iam one among them) . And these NFT's dont really have any real application most of them buy it to sell the, for higher prices . The only way NFT's can give a comeback is by adding valuable applications to use them . So i taught of Creating a usecase for these NFT's by letting people to use them like stocks people can pledge their NFTs and take money . People can even buy a part of NFT and if the value of the whole NFT increases the value of the share also increases.

We build this app using ERC1155 token which allows me to create parts of the token which i can sell to an individual. I deployed all the contracts through RemixIDE, I even used Thirdwave sdks and integrations for login and payment . A person with no experience can also use this as I have even included login through gmail and checkout through creditcard.

There are many challenges i ran into when i tried to build this dapp => I first had to learn a way to create individual NFT parts , which i later resolved when i got to know about ERC1155 tokens =>I neede a way to deploy contract faster and efficiently hence i used Remixide =>I had issues while building web2 login which i later resolved using Thirdweb sdk => I had to find proper pricing strategy for pricing , Which i resolved using the supply x Demand concept

I am proud that i might have finally found a right place for NFT in the web3 space. And happy that i was able to finish it on time.

I learnt many things while working on this project they were => This is my first app built on Next.js => I learnt about ERC1155 tokens and smart contract =>I learnt about thirdweb

If this Idea works well as Intended I guess this project is will be the future of NFT's
