Inspiration
- My idea was inspired by journalling apps and Dribbble
What it does
- Help users explore and manage their emotions by providing personalised activity recommendations.
- Users can input their current emotional state and Motion will generate customised suggestions for activities that align with their feelings.
- Each recommendation includes detailed information about the potential activity.
Aims
- To combat imposter syndrome
- To create a safe space where individuals feel empowered to acknowledge and explore their emotions openly, without fear of judgment
- Empowers users to take proactive steps towards emotional well-being
How I built it
- With the use of Figma and the assistance of YouTube tutorials. ## Challenges we ran into
- This is the first time I used Figma, and along the way I learned the fundamentals of web design and how to use Figma.
What's next for Motion
- Add a blog section where people can post their activities and log their progress
- Add an about page to elaborate on the concept of Motion
- Add more details for each activity, incorporating a Maps section to find where you can engage in that activity
- Create a fully functioning website to incorporate all of these features
