Inspiration

Many people on Reddit post their mortgages to the /r/firsttimehomebuyer subreddit, because they find it hard to understand their loans. They also don't know whether they're getting a good deal from their lender, often posting and asking the community, "is this rate good?"

What it does

We decided to tackle both problems by summarizing their loan docs into the only numbers that really matter to the user: a monthly payment, a cash to close, and their interest rate.
