Inspiration

Our need for a solution to ambiguity and insecurity in the web3 space, As we are customers of projects in the web3 space we found out that what people need is a simple access point for all that the current decentralized space has to offer. This is why Myrkle was born.

What it does

Myrkle offers anyone easy and full access to leverage the full potential of XRPLedger from making simple everyday payments, assets(Token and NFT) creation and management to the entire ledger object creation and management; checks, escrows, offers, payment channels, etc. in a simple secure UI. With Myrkle, anyone, anywhere can fully manipulate the ledger.

Myrkle will enable seamless interoperability between XRPL and other CBDC networks. In summary, Myrkle is the best implementation of a blockchain service that utilizes Ripple's CBDC XRPLedger.

How we built it

We made use of xrpl-py and python's django for the ledger interaction and backend respectively. Figma for prototyping and React-JS for the frontend development

Challenges we ran into

Trying to make the version of xrpl-py run on Heroku, something about an outdated SSL.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

It works Our userbase The feedback from users

What we learned

XRPL has many cool features, but hardly anyone talks about them Our users are intrigued by what the ledger offers

What's next for Myrkle

Improved UI/UX to detailed information on all the ledger objects Improved UI/UX to further simplify the usage process Support for more ledger objects and methods Add support for cross-ledger interaction exchange by integration of bridges Add support for on and off-ramp payments and further integrations with multiple payment providers

switch network to XRPL test net, top right corner
